CanoeConnect was founded two decades ago with a passion for preserving and sharing Canada’s deep-rooted canoeing traditions. Starting as a small lakeside program, we welcomed our first participants with basic paddling lessons and stories of Indigenous canoeing heritage. Our mission has always been to offer more than just canoeing skills—we aim to connect people with nature and history. As we grew, we listened to our participants’ feedback and expanded our offerings. Today, we provide a variety of courses, from beginner lessons to advanced paddling techniques, as well as cultural expeditions that celebrate Canada’s waterways.
