RockiesRetreats provides access to luxury resorts and retreats in the Canadian Rockies. By accessing our website or booking services, you accept these terms.

2. Booking Policy

Participants agree to:

• Provide accurate information during booking.

• Notify us of any changes to reservations at least 7 days before the scheduled stay.

• Pay the full booking amount to confirm the reservation.

3. Payments and Refunds

4. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking.

5. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

   • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 days before the stay.

   • Partial refunds (50%) apply for cancellations made 7-13 days before the stay.

   • No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 7 days before the stay.

6. Administrative fees may apply for changes or cancellations.

4. Resort Rules

Guests must:

• Adhere to resort policies and guidelines during their stay.

• Respect staff, other guests, and property.

• Take responsibility for personal belongings.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the property without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

6. All website content, including images, descriptions, and design, is the intellectual property of RockiesRetreats.

7. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

7. RockiesRetreats is not liable for:

   • Changes or cancellations caused by weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

   • Injuries or damages sustained during resort activities.

8. Services are provided "as is," with no guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in Alberta courts.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
